• Consult with the placing authority and relevant professionals;
• Confirm staffing, accommodation and service availability;
• Agree funding and contractual arrangements;

Please ensure that information submitted as part of a referral is accurate, complete and lawfully shared.

If Aim Quality Care agrees to provide a placement or service, the arrangements will be confirmed separately through an appropriate written placement, care or service agreement.

That agreement may include:

• The child or young person's assessed needs;
• Care plans, placement plans and risk-management arrangements;
• Responsibilities of Aim Quality Care and the placing authority;
• Funding, fees and payment terms;
• Review and monitoring arrangements;
• Safeguarding and reporting procedures;
• Notice, cancellation and termination provisions;
• Other conditions specific to the placement.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a formal placement or service agreement, the formal agreement will apply to the relevant placement or service.

Aim Quality Care may consider emergency and crisis placement referrals, subject to:

• An appropriate referral and assessment;
• Availability of suitable accommodation and staffing;
• Sufficient information to assess immediate needs and risks;
• Agreement with the placing authority or authorised professional;

Describing a service as an "Emergency and Crisis Placement" does not mean that this website operates as an emergency-response service.
